Solutions

Expert Solution

Answer- Objectivity is the main characteristics of an effective leader. Objective responsibility refers to see and accept things as they are and respond to these challenges and situations thoughtfully and effectively. As an objective leader, a person is able to develop mental models which help him to judge different situations. A person with subjective approach generally responds to everything that how it is connected to him or others. Normally a subjective leader consist the approach which involves bias, self absorption and selfishness. On the other hand, an objective leader is responsible towards everything. He considers the whole situation, the cause and effect and consequences of that particular situation. Leaders with subjectivity are focussed on the things which are related to themselves and how these things will benefit them. Generally these leaders make poor decisions in comparison to objective leaders. Objective leaders are accountable for all incidences in their team.
