  • They can be measured and statistically analyzed
  • Objective strength can influence a patient's decision in favor of the organisation

  • lower cost of a consultation
  • Special discount for patients who are on a long term followup - dialysis,
  • The organization provides some unique facilities
  • These strengths are based on the patient's perception
  • Therefore are highly variable

Example -

  • A hospital along with internal medicine care also provides yoga sessions. This will attract more patients.
  • A famous doctor who works in the hospital ( patients may not think of the cost if they get to consult him)
Weakness
  • These are short-comings .
  • These shortcomings can be assessed from the hospital records.
