Write a paper that discusses Simon Sinek’s concept of “why” and explain its usefulness in understanding how marketers go about creating and communicating customer value.

Simon Sinek is an author whose optimist thinking and concept of "Why" inspires people to do what inspires them. He devotes his time in meeting leaders and organizations and analyse the way they think, act and communicate, why they do so and how it will help in developing a better working environment. He has written several books on the concept of "why". Simon Sinek also relates this concept of why on marketing and its success. He says that the core belief of any business has to be why is the business existing and after that they identify how the business will fulfill the core belief and what the company will do to fulfill that belief. The business turns out to fail when these questions are taken up other way starting from a what, how and lastly why.
This concept can be useful tool for marketers if they understand the why of the business before bringing the product in the market. To attract people to buy your product one should not show what they do instead why they do it. The 'why' question explains the value underlying of that is being promoted. communicating that value to the customers will make them buy the product and thus help in the marketing goals. The reason why eople should buy your product and remain loyal to you for a longer period will be explained by clearing the concept of 'why' in the business. Redefining the customers thoughts and matching it with your 'why' will be a useful approach in creating and communicating customer value that will help in marketing goals.
