1. The nervous system control and coordinate the body system. The nervous system communicate information throughout the body by receiving information from the external stimuli using the sensory receptor and take that information from those receptor to the central nervous system. The central nervous system process that information and determine the appropriate response.
The nervous system maintain homeostasis by controlling and regulating different parts of the body. The nervous system work in coordination with endocrine system to maintain homeostasis at the time of rest and exercise.
2. The use of behavioral research is use to study the impact of nervous damage on the behavior, memory and cognition. The nervous system control to coordinate body function and communicate all information throughout the body and therefore play an important role in deciding the behaviour of the organism.
