Answer

1.

Active Immunity Passive Immunity
Active Immunity doesn’t arise instantly.

Passive Immunity arises instantly.

This type of immunity develops an immunological memory. In this type of immunity, any immunological memory does not develop.
It is also known as permanent immunity because it developed by the antibodies present in the host with the reaction of the immediate touch of an antigen. It is also called short-term immunity because it developed when the antibodies come from outside of the host.
Side-effects are absent in this type of immunity. Sometimes side effects may arise.

2.Autoimmune disease: It is a kind of disease where the normal healthy cells are attacked by the immune system. In this case, the immune system can't differentiate between the healthy cell and foreign particles.

Example of autoimmune disease :

  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Addison disease
  • Graves disease.
  • Psoriasis
  • Muscular Dystrophy.
