What are some solutions to do when a team member (at school, work, etc..) in your group isn't pulling their weight. Please provide as many as you can

A team is only a team if all the members share a common purpose and contribute equally toward achieving it.

Share with the team

Make sure its not just your opinion.Try to understand what others think about the sotuation and if everyone feels the same,then make a discussion on what should be done.

Ignore it

Most easiest way.But of course not a reliable one. Scince its a team we should work hard to put everyone in the team but some may not listen . In such cases ignore

Report to the supervisor

Report to the supervisor about the attitude of this particular team member who does not co operate and do his / her part well .

Talk to him / her

As far as it is known talking to someone is the best choice,especially in such cases. This is a direct method.If he / she is clear then there is nothing to worry they will be on track and the work too.Now while talking consider the following:

Clearly define each members roles
Motivate the member
Clarify the teams mission
Remain polite but be firm
Turn them to friendly coworkers.
