Being a manager of a business unit in a multinational, I would like to choose and adopt In house strategy for the operational working of the company. The reasons for choosing the same strategy are as below:
1. Having the internal strategy in function, these interrelations and the connections are well understood which the external consultants might overlook.
2. The internal policies, networks and alliances are well understood by taking an internal in house strategy to make sure the work is done effectively and efficiently.
3. You are having more details about your organisations and the functions for getting the bigger picture to work and adjust in the strategic environment.
4. Using the internal strategy, you sre aware of the fact that what data and information is to retrieved from where in the organisation. You know where the data and information lies and you can have it accordingly.
5. At last, using the internal in house strategy one can apporach a better and greater variety for the people and get in control as you already know this people to make sure your strategy is working as per the requirements.
