• Decentralized government:It is a type of government political structure in which the power is distributed throughout the state.This is mainly used to provide a way for the citizens to take political decisions ,so that,they can exercise more power in their lives.
  • Advantages :This provides a way for the citizens to raise their voice,reduction of burden to the government,increase in the speed of implementing policies.This also gives them access to nearby government offices and they can solve their individual problems.
  • Disadvantages:T.his requires talented personalities for performing their work.Under weak financial conditions,this may not be possible.This can also lead to lack of coordination among various sectors.There will not be any uniformity,as the policies are laid by different managers and each one's concept will be different.
• Challenges:The expectations regarding the policy is too high.If they are not met properly,it may lead to various problems.This may also lead to separation among the citizens ,as each person may have different ideology.
