Effective training modules can encourage people to complete the training and provide them with training certificates. Motivate employess through giving rewards in the form of cheer points, leadership appreciations etc. Evaluate the training programs through feedback session and have a continuous improvement path for tbbe training programs to improve it. Digital technology and visual aid usage will enhance the reach of training programs. In addition training programs should be more realistic and dynamic in nature which fits with the organizations objectives and goals. Proper training schedule , interactive sessions etc can enhance the reach of it quickly. For eg Training on new technology and platforms like Artificial intelligence to be done through case studies , real impactful examples and modules which provide with detailed approach and analysis. Training module should go along with with real work environment and employees could relate it easily.
