WBS means Work Breakdown Structure,the main functionality of it is to Divide complex projects into simpler task and also manageable task.the project managers utilize this method for simplifying the project execution. In WBS, high larger tasks are broken down to manageable small modules of work and these modules could be easily superintend and estimate or calculated.

The general basic structure of WBS is
1. Create a Project name
2. Divide the project into tasks
3. Divide the tasks into subtasks
4. Writte functionality of each subtasks given above.

First of all give a project name to the project
Project Name : Android Application

Next Divide Projects into Tasks
Task 1 : Design a front end
Task 2 : Maintain a database
Task 3 : Connecting the front to back

Time span : 15 Days.

Next Divide the tasks into sub tasks

SubTask 1.1 : Analyze how our design should be and the functionalty of the design
SubTask 1.2 : Design the front end effectively
