A)As per the attribution theory of leadership, people or followers perceive and interpret the capabilities and skills of a leader by observing how that leader behaves and thus tend to use attributes of a leader to judge his or her capacity to lead or govern.

Therefore it were mainly the attributes and personality of Donald Trump which made public perceive him as a promising and effective leader. Trump was seen as a intimidatingly opinionated person who would take deliberate action to bring change. His outgoing and extremely confidence personality, strongly practical speeches, straight forward and truthful nature which he demonstrated in campaigns and elections made public perceive and interpret him as an efficient leader resulting in people voting for his presidency. Public voted for Trump as the president of USA because he carried himself with charismatic aura which made everyone believe in his capability to bring transformations and development. People saw potential in him through his deal making and convincing skills which was essentially required in USA to transform the society. His sorted out priorities and address to important issues motivated people to vote for him.

B) Using the attribution theory , and after witnessing Trump's presidency for long years, I don't believe that Trump has any major chance of being Re-elected as US President because after actually being place at the position of President, Donald Trump has miserably failed to assure the people about his intentions to build a strong community or country. Donald Trump has revealed his true personality attributes which outline his deceitful and notorious actions which are now seen as a threat to the community and people. The decisions and behavior of Trump during the period of his presidency has completely changed the outlook of people regarding his capacity to bring development to the nation and instill welfare and fairness. His hate speeches, use of abusive words, disrespect for women, pursuing of selfish interests, laying down allegations on innocent people and taking wrong and unethical decisions have all over changed the game and convinced people of his incapacity and bad judgement to not be worthy of being Re-elected as the President again.
