Impacted by the COVID-19, what is the real situation of world stock markets?
There is a high amount of uncertainty which is currently existing in the global market due to coronavirus and the stock markets have mostly gone down in a bear market territory because there is no significant growth available as yet there is an expectation of an impending recession on a global issue.
The real situation of the world stock markets are is that it has recovered after the initial slump due to the fears of contagion arising out of coronavirus and due to a new age of living in which there would be lack of physical operation and people were discounting it through the stock price, which could be reflected in price of in the airline industry and entertainment industries and they were devalued significantly because their businesses were mostly based on the physical interaction.
But now after the stimulation by Federal Reserve through regular interest rate cards, it is expected by the market that the recovery would be sharp and Swift and it can be reflected through the stock markets as they are beginning to scale new heights.
