Covid 19 is a crisis which affected globally as a result wide variety of changes happened in everyone's life.The changes still continuing and defenitely it will change the face of the world as a different one.Actually this crisis started from one corner of the world ,but it spreaded widely and affected almost all the countries.This pandemic created lot of troubles and struggles in every areas of life.Due to its mode of transmission nobody cannot completly away from this horror.But prevention is better than cure can be applied many ways .Lockdown ,social distensing etc are the few of the possible preventive methods .But as a human nobody can stay always at home without activities .So living in this infected world with maximum preventive measures only possible.So this essay shall discuss about the things what are going to be start ,going to be stop and still continue in this present scenario.

As a professional I have to start my career even in this condition.So first thing I need to do is the application of preventive measures in day to day life ,So that Ihave to start some new habits to improve my personal hygeine as well as my good health. I have to start hand washing habits ,especially when I am exposed to external enviornments .Government announced strict rules for the proper working of the society .Everyone is aware about the condition .So as a firstline measure hand washing and hand sanitization is a new habit I have to start .Along with that respiratory hygeine is also an essential preventive measure because the major transmission of the disease is through nasal passage .For that I have to start wearing mask as a daily routine .In most of the places wearing mask is compulsory, so this is the new thing I am going to start .Social distensing is an important thing I want to start but as a professional I have to make contact with many people,including my patients.But for the security I am going to start videoconference for my consultation and for councelling sessions.Online provisions I started to use more than earlier.

Usually my clinical consultations includes the collection of patients personal data by seeing the patients ,but this diresct consultation I have to stop because few covid 19 cases reported in my area and as a preventive measure for further spread I have to close my clinic consutation .My therapy room is also closed now for few days .Practical sessions will starts after a few days .So this pandemic affected me in my practical sessions because it involves the direct contact with patients .This is my career side ,as a person because of fear of spread I have to live seperatly from my family because daily i have to go to hospital and there is a chance of getting the virus.So keeping my beloved ones safe I have to take a room outside and want to live  seperately ,I used to visit gym for fitness ,but now I stopped this exercise .Outings with my friends and have fun in every weekends also now stopped. My craving for outside food also reduced due to the fear of contact with covid 19 cases.

But few things I cant prevent from doing as a professional as well a s social being.As a councellor I have to continue my work ,my daily visit to the hospital still continuing with all safety measures.Patients calling in mobile for councelling still continuing ,moreover it's number increased because of the impact of this crisis .Many people lost their loved ones ,many lost their job these all created more mental struggles in people.Visiting super market and shop also now continuing because it's not possible to live without essential things .

So pandemic created a lot of struggles in everyones life , to stop ,few things newly start but few still continuing.
