Due to COVID-19 pandemic organizations are facing several difficulties and in supply management practices and strategies. All the companies are facing human and financial loss due to COVID-19. HEB should develop purchasing and supply management practices that can help the organization in this pandemic. In my opinion organization should work according to the rules and regulations of the COVID-19. As we all know that social distancing is necessary in this pandemic so organization should work or plan all the activities according to social distancing. Organization should focus on the online services so that company can survive in this pandemic. Delivery of the product and services should be done by the organization with online mediums. In this pandemic organization should follow the guidelines so that employees can work in the company. All the products of the organization should be available online so that customers can order them. Supply of all the products and services should be provided by the organization to the customer's doorstep. If organization follow standard rules and regulation of this pandemic and work according to the guidelines then company can survive in this pandemic. Strategies of the organization should be developed as per the requirement of the customers in the market.
