By conducting a detailed analysis of treatment results,the counselor would get to know how far they have been successfull in helping the client in dealing with their problems.
  • Talking with clients in order to get feedback about the treatment results helps the counselor in improving their performance and rectify any mistakes they might have committed.Also modifications can be made in the treatment process to better the results and performance and effective counseling process.
  • Counselors need to consider how they can integrate commonsense performance improvement into their daily treatment activities. Some of them may not realize that they probably are collecting data already that can be used to conduct performance improvement.
