Yes there must be proposals for border security when you are reforming immigration policies because these days many people who do not get work in their work country or do not have any income source, crosses the border without any sort of permission from the other country. Some of them are sent back to their native country but some of them remain uncovered and works in that country without any work permit and visa or any other kind of permission. Immigration reforms must be changed because some of the immigrants crossing the border are real workers who really wants to get work and earn some money but some of them can be terrorist who enters other country without any permission and spreads terrorism there. There should be tight security at the borders, there must be punishment if you find someone without any visa/passport in your home country, there must be proper investigation if you find someone doing illegal task and seems like he/she does not relate to your home country. Border security must be keep in concerned to keep the people safe, to keep democracy safe.
