select box1,2 and 3 and crate a stacked column chart. go to design tab ann choose "Switch Row/column".

select top of the bar and go to "Add chart element" option and add error bars and update positive bar with whisker top values. repeat the same procedure and choose bottom of the box and add negative bar with whisker bootm values
