3. Consumer behaviour is the study of how individual customer, groups or organizations select, buy use and dispose ideas goods and service to satisfy thier needs and wants. There are many factors that affects the consumer behaviour like psychological factor, Social Factors, Cultural Factors, Personal Factor, Economic factors. A group of people are assosiated with a set of values and ideologies that belongs to a particular community. When a person comes from a particular community. Some of cultural factors are Culture, Subculture, Social class. Cultural Factors have strong influence on consumer buyer behaviour. Cultural Factors include the bsic values, needs wnats perference and behaviour that are observed and learned by a consumer from thier near family members and other important people around them. Subculture within a cultural group, there exits many subcultures. These subcultural group share the same seet of bellets and values. Subcultures can consit of people from different religion, case , geographic and nationalities. The social class is not just determined by the income bt also other factors such as occupation, family ,background ,education and residence location. Socail Class id important to predict the consumer behaviour.
Culture is the complex of belief of human socities thier role thier behaviour thier values traditions ,customs and traditins.Each cultural, subculture and social culture willl affects the consumer behaviour. Culture means realtion with age , sex , religion. There are so many products which related to cultral factors. Sports bike is always prefered by teenage group. The firms tries to make advertisment to focus on those kind of peoples. The product for making hair black is only focused for oldage ones. Like that there are a lot of culture that make business profit more high. Launching new phones with more specification is always looking for youngster. So all these type of factors will affect the consumer behaviour.
