2. Growing role of services marketing

In malyasia there are many leading business industries are located they are well known for its business detailing and strategies. It is mentioned that the important reason for acquring consumer knowledge can be attributed amoung two main factors.
1) Changing environment views and concerns
2) Growing role of services marketing.

Customers are the main asset of every business and they are the main subject matter of every business in the industry. In malayasia the main service sectors that are making huge amount of fund from tourism, telecommunications ,educational and financial services.
Everyday world is changing upon the updation of technology so that the changing of present environmental views and understanding the people can also change according to that so that industry should be capable of changing their views upon the consumers for that they have to acquire consumer knowledge. Services industries are have to concentrate on changes that are take place in the economy so they have to act fast. In a country like malaysia the industries are growing faster and also the service sectors are also increasing day by day.
