In 500 words or less, describe your interest in this program and your expectations of a mentor relationship.
Individuals usually join mentoring relationships with mutually agreed expectations and yet these expectations are rarely addressed. If expectations have not been addressed or developed, many people at some point become frustrated and/or dissatisfied with their mentoring relationships. To avoid tension in your mentoring relationship, prepare to put out some reasonable goals immediately. Mentors and mentees also find that their standards are similar or the same and, if appropriate, they can often refer back to them.
Below are a few common standards usually accepted between mentor so mentee, and the beginning of a partnership should be established: Always preserve confidentiality between the two Hold any obligations entered into.Evaluate the relationship at various points within the time period agreed upon. Visit the mentee periodically. Determine a regularly scheduled meeting time and make additional arrangements should plans change.Consider the gaps and respect each other. Give your full and undivided attention to each other when you meet (turn the mobile phone to silence, or state your reasons to leave if necessary). Be responsible for learning and your own actions.

as professionally. Learn unique skills which will help you achieve
your goals. Gain information about the culture of an
organisation.
