How does a building manager, keep patrons 1) safe and 2) feeling secure, to avoid pure risk (losses due to injury or accidental death on a premises).
Customers or business associates are the patrons here. They must be comfortable and secured while entering the building.
Following acts should be done for their safeness and security:
No.1) Construction: The building must be fully constructed. There should not be any semi-finished part, because casualty may occur if the construction is not fully complete. Patrons may not feel secure entering into a semi-finished building.
No.2) Fire extinguisher: There must be fire preventive measure in the building. This is the safe approach of giving security in the mind of patrons. Fire extinguisher should be placed in visible locations.
No3) Space: The building must be specious, so that patrons can roam and sit and can wait for their turn in the queue.
No.4) Security guard: There must be security guard with arms in the gate. It secured entry of the patrons.
No.5) Emergency exit: There must be an emergency exit in the building. It is necessary for moving if there is any unwanted incident happens (like fire).
