When i viewed the webstore of amazon for the first time it dissapointed me with the design and structure. The website contains so much design issues. The web address is https://www.amazon.in/ .

First of all, the design look like a mess. There are so much products shattered without proper categorizing. Whenever we open the webstore, the index page should be clean and nicely packed. Here the index page itself contain almost all products with them which looks a mess and hard to navigate through.

The header and side panel looks very old and outdated design. Considering the rival flipkart, they have a very good user friendly and updated design index page to start with. This makes flipkart to get attract to new customers and feels easy to use for everyone.

The design principle of beign artsitics nd compact is violated in Amazon. Also whenever we search for a product, there came multiple number of results of same product which make user confuse and also so much irrelevant search results also. Developers really have to work with this and replan the searchinf method and results. The webstore have to make a good interface and improved searching mechanism.

The mobile version of this webstore is even bad. The very poor UI and the false results make the user feels very bad about the company. They have being using this outdated design and system for over years now. I wonder why they are not having an update even the rivals are updating regularly.
