Answer: COVID -19, the disease caused by coronavirus has created a big issue for restaurant business. The Pizza hut is kind of quick service restaurant and have a potential share in the market. The Pizza hut is also suffering to run the business like any other restaurant. Below are the bullet points of research proposal explaining impaction of COVID-19 on costumer behavior for Pizza hut,
· Fear of infection: As per studies of this Virus, it is spreading through the all kind of physical things like plastic, metal, raw food material (especially wet food like meat) etc. So, with this fear, costumers are not preferring to eat out to Pizza hut and online ordering too.
