Dose in  hand or pharmacy supplies.= 40 mg Mgso4 + 1 liter ringer lactate

Patient dose is =4 gram equal to 4000 mg

Pharmacy sends only 40 mg

Pharmacy supplies.very low dose and not able to prepare the infusion.

Here the patient needs 4+2 = 6 gram same as 6000 mg ...the supply is only 40 mg.

If this diluted in 1 litre of RL still the dose is same as 40 mg only volume will.be change
