1. Spiritualism has become one of the important topics in the manner in which human life has progressed. Individuals would have reached spirituality through the path of religion, yoga, meditation as well as personal reflection. It has been found that the people who are inherently spiritual would be gracious in nature. It is found that they have a proper expression of gratitude and have majorly found to be optimist. As a result of spirituality, people tend to be positive. Spirituality has also allowed me to be compassionate, which helps me enjoy even the little moments in life and the little things in life. Their spectacles for the world have empathetic lenses. People spirituality has been seen to help people flourish, having positive relationships with one another. Also, their purpose in life is to have a particular meaning.

Spitiruality has also helped me towards the path of self actualisation. It helps me focus on my internal values and helps me become a better person overall.
