The enzymes that are produced from the body and ezymes are created are not the same. They having difference, but having similarity in function. Both are catalyst that speed up the chemical reaction within the cell.

Enzymes produced from the body are the natural ones and these are biological catalyst helps to speed up the chemical reactions taking place inside the body. These enzymes are naturally occur in our body mainly produced from the pancreaae, stomach and small intestine as a result of several biological reaction. The examples of enzymes are lipase, amylase, Maltase etc and its action or binding is specific.The active site of enzymes will bind with the specific substrate molecules and forms enzyme substrate complex. It helps for the digestion and also perform other important metabolic activities. When comparing to the artificial enzymes they may easily degraded by chemical process and not much tolerant to environmental conditions. It is not having a tunable structure it is already predesigned. The high cost and low stability limits the application of natural enzymes than artificial enzymes.

The artifical enzymes are the enzymes which are created artificially. It also function as a catalyst that increase the speed of chemical reaction. Artificial enzymes are produced by the combination of macromolecular receptors with the suitable functional group ( catalytic group ). These enzymes will not occur naturally in the body and produced as a result of chemical process These molecules are not easier to detruct by biological process and more durable ( tolerant ) to experimental conditions. It having the durable structure and the catalytic efficiency is higher. The low cost and high stability makes it application wider than the natural enzymes. It will increase the speed of the reaction in very high rate. It helps to create the more products useful to consumer using less energy. Ap both artifical and natural enzymes have both advantages and disadvantages. But basically they perform same function ie. Catalyse and increase the rate of chemical reaction .
