Interpersonal relational aspect associated with :
Psychodynamic theory- A person is identified by his personality. The personality of a person is characterised and shaped by his interpersonal relationships. The reactions of a person differ with the situations. The social threats to interpersonal relations affect the psychodynamics of a person.
Humanistic theory- The long, healthy and loving social interpersonal relations form a basis of the development of a human self. The absence of relations has a negative humanistic effect on personality. An independent and emotionaly secured human has good and long lasting interpersonal relations. The personality of an isolated human cannot flourish. Thus the healthy productive social interactions shape the positive development of a human to bring out their best version.
Existential theory- The free will in interpersonal relations helps a person to find the meaning of his life. Thus, the very existence of a person is based upon his relations. This free will leads to the choices made by a person which ultimately shapes his personality. The personality of a person affects his emotions and behaviour which decides the fate of social relations that a person has.
