2) Understanding personality is a scientific process and it will help a person understand people's activities such as academic and job performance, quality and stability of social relationships, physical health and mortality, political attitudes and risks of mental disorder.

3) It would help in having more personalized psychological and psychiatric treatments.

4) It would help people understand, recognise and respect individual differences.

Psychodynamic theories explain human communication:

1) It is based upon the interaction between human drives and forces.
