Compare two different advanced registered nurse roles with regard to ethical guidelines. Are there any differences in the ethical guidelines that govern these roles?

In nursing mainly 2 types of nursing levels an RN and RPN . However their roles are almost similar but level of responsibility varies.

When they compare ethically the guidelines need to be followed by the both remain the same since the purpose don't change.

What situations might require one role to respond differently, depending on the ethical guidelines?

In a hospital set-up nurses encounter numerous patients with different needs and characteristics. For instance in order to serve a Jewish patient with his dietary needs during his shabbat ,the ethics of equality changes to a person oriented care . This is because he has some restrictions on the of shabbat . There is nothing wrong with it as long as great patient care is our prime aim at the end of the day.
