Solutions

Expert Solution

The population that I would like to serve as an advanced registered nurse is the black metropolis. There is so much discrimination between the black and white while treating in the hospital which is not acceptable bylaws. They are discriminated, and racist because of their color and do not treat in such a way that a white person is treated.

The contribution as a health worker there is a need to stop discrimination, understand the individual right, and provide the care bae on it. To promote and prevention of disease we can do awareness programs in each community regarding the prevention of disease, a screening test to identify any disease condition, education to the people who are discriminating against them regarding the importance of living unity to maintain peace. Health education can be given regarding a healthy diet and lifestyle modification to prevent diseases.

The issue of diversity can be solved by educating the people on how to respect each individual and respect different cultures. In the health workers also need to provide education regarding the importance of cultural competency while giving health care to them. Provide care in the same way where all other persons are getting.
