The area of application may includes: system analysis, management, training, performence improvement. It includes human resource management and put emphasis on applied behavior analysis.
A healthy organizational structure allows its employees to focus on producing quality products and services. Effective organizations provides opportunities to its employees to develop new skills. Ths allows the staff to constantly improve business operations and ensure that the company maintians a competitive edge required to thrive in a dynamic global market place. Creating a healthy organisational structure begins by assessing your company's need. Sustaining the structure running events and programs to maintian a productive work place.
Its very well said phrase that If you don't know where you are going "all roads lead to your desination". It stands true because if healthy organisational climate is not maintained at the workplace, the outcome or the results we are expecting from business stands not in our hand but in the hand of destiny therefore, its very important to maintain a healthy organisational climate.

c) High Employee Morale - Employees value their position in the organisation and desire to work their for long time. Productivity is high and orgnisational events are successful.
d) Offers training Opportunities - Companies provide on the job training and opportunies for employees to enhance their work related skills and provides certifications and continual education.
e) Understanding Risks - Healthy organisations understands the risks they are open to and takes the necessary steps to protect themselves against them. They use precautions but understand risks are important to facilitate growth.
f) Clearly defines structure - They possess a sense of order and organisational structure and their structure and order does not limits innovation and growth. Employees does not mind complying with the orders as they understands and see the benefit of its implementation.
