Archaebacteria have both aerobic as well as anaerobic forms. They also depend on the lipids for various functions that are related to the polar lipids. They can extract nutritional sources from variety of sources such as metal ions , hydrogen, sugars or sunlight. Eubacteria can also be referred to as prokaryotic bacteria. These reproduce by binary fission , though some might be reproducing by budding. The differences between eubacteria and archaebacteria are as follows:
