Business management is something which can be acquired as qualification from any university, but entrepreneurship is something which defines a person's core personality.

With globalisation and technological advances, new applications are used to expand business and reach a wider market. In real estate business also new ways of doing business are identified.  

A real estate app to be used by tenants, renters and owners needs to meet the changing demands of the customers. Tenants are a different segment so are the renters and owners.

Real estate market world over particularly in US during subprrime crisis in 2008. With every passing year working population is increasing and so is the need for a house. Tenents are in search for a house and renters and owners are in search for a good client. An application should be a meeting point for both the tenant and owners or renters.

Tenants and renters or owners would like to deal directly with the parties involved rather than consulting a middleman for the deal.
