- Digital entrepreneurship have less over head cost because they
do not have much physical sites. Conventional entrepreneurship has
high overhead costs.
- Digital entrepreneurship deals with online medium of exchange
of goods and services, conventional entrepreneurship deals with
direct contact with customs to exchange goods and services.
- Digital entrepreneurship focus on building attract website,
conventional entrepreneurship focus on building attractive physical
outlets.
Answer2. Types of business organisation available in
Malaysia:
- Sole proprietorship: this type of business is owned by a single
individual and his liability is unlimited.
- Partnership: there are more than one partners in this
businesses. All the partners have unlimited liability.
- Limited liability partnership: this type is business is
seperate from its partners. It has a separate legal identity in the
law.
- Private limited company: the company in this type of
organisation is considered as a legal person. Investors in this
type of company is only responsible for the amount they have
invested in the company.
- Public limited company: it's is governed by the Government of
the country and is similar to private limited company. It should
have minimum of 2 members and there is no limit for maximum number
of members.
