started a movement of change in the condition of brown people who
are not taken equal as white people under Jim Crow laws which was
applicable in Southern America and which lets aggregation of people
on the basis of braces Jim crow laws are allowed racial segregation

Under this Brown v/s Board of Education case the line "separate but
equal changed" to "separate means unequal" this case was started
when National Association for Advancement of Colored People (NAAC)
filed separate legal suits for the lives of black children from
five different families from
Washington DC, South Carolina, Virginia Delaware, kansas. And which
resulted in this landmark judgement.
