parenteral fluid and electrolyte replacement both are pharmocological.because these both are used to manage symptoms with the use of medications.

parenteral means Medications enter in to the body through the tissue or circulatory system.

Electrolyte replacement means replacement of fluids and minerals lost due to vomiting and diarrhoea.side effects also occurs due to this electrolyte replacement

so both parenteral fluid and electrolyte therpay will also lead to some side effects

CONCLUSION:

pharmolocogical means to treat the condition with the use of medications and also there will be some side effects.

Non pharmacological means to treat the condition with out use of medications and there will be no side effects.examples are excercise, weight loss,physical therapy,Gel packs, acupuncture etc..

So parenteral fluid and electrolyte replacement both are pharmacological.
