USA - United States of America was considered as the Third most Populous Country in the World. The Country got Independence in 1776 with the Precedence of the Americal Revolution took place in 1775. The US Government was running Federal type of Governemnt with the Good position of High Developed Economy and High Rate of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Many other countries which have quite relevant qualities of Developed Economy had some very Stiff and Rivalry Competition with US Economy in order to shatter its economy fully. When a Situation of Cold War took place around 1946, The America followed the Strategy of "Garrison State" Governance.

The Garrison State mainly adopted to nullify the Threat and Violence act of Russia against the US Country. The then President Dwight D. Eisenhower propogated the idea of Garrison State. He strongly believe that the Spending on Military activities will pose a serious threat to the Rival Countries, especially Russia.

The Effects of Garisson State was very Enormous in nature. The Employees engaged in the Military Sources were huge benefitted than the Other Middle class Family belongs to all type of people amidst their color, Low-income middle Class Working People. Many Subsidies and Incentives was approved for the Military Workers. As they are considered as the supporting Factor in the National Defense.

Due to Cold War, Garrison State policy though tried to expand the usual activities of Economic Development like Increasing Industrial Production, Employement, Controlling Inflation Rate and Optimizing the Balance of Payments. But Internal Constraints in the US Country restricted those activities was due to excess amount spent on Defense instead of spending in the Neutral way. So it ruined the basic development score of Social, Economic and Political Expectation among all set of People.

All the above mentioned relevant points are discussed in relation to the concept which was analyzed by the Eminent Scholar Aaron L. Friedberg in this book "In the Shadow of Garrison State".
