Linkedin is an online platform which helps the job seekers to get the right job or internship based on their knowledge, skills and qualifications. Various companies across the globe put their company'profile on the website and provide job description about the position they want to hire. Based on that job description, candidate apply for the job from across the world. This website also helps in learning the skills that the candidates might need for successfully starting their career.
Before applying for the job, we need to create a profile of ourself which must be strictly professional and need to tell alot about the skiils that we posseses:
1. Experienced :- This keyword is very essential for me to put on my profile to highlight to the recruiter that i do have the work experience on a particular field for 3 years so that they would not think of me as a fresher and might consider me for the further process.
2. Specialized :- This word is essential because it is important that the recruiter know about a particular task or work i am specialized at. This will highlight my experience on the past work area and they could consider me and assign me the work i am good at.
3. Motivated :- This word is essential for me to put in the profile to show the recruiter how much i am motivated towards the work i am applying for and also for the task i will be assigned for in the future.
4. Leadership :- I posses the quality of leadership which is very essential quality to survive in any workplace. So it is essential for me to mention it and convey that i would be good at working with team as well and leading the team.
5. Qualified :- This key word is essential to mention the qualifications and degrees that i own and to highlight the recruiter that i would be suitable for the particular position in terms of knowledge.
