contingency plan for the Women's Philanthropy Club, the following
are to be considered:
- Identify the vulnerabilities and make mannual changes.
- Determine the likelihood of the risk.
- Have a 'continuity plan' that lays out the procedure for what
is to be done in case of contingencies.
- Ensure the safety of the members of the club at all costs.
- Lay out a way to reach volunteers and participants.
