Environmental diseases are avoidable and unavoidable. Determine one environmental cause that is avoidable and one that is unavoidable for heart disease.
Avoidable environmental factors for heart disease is pollution ,smoking ,obesity and use of alcohol . This environmental factors can be avoided with the modification in life style choices ,change in cultural practices and in policies shift .
Unavoidable environmental factors - seasonal changes , carcardian cycle . The day night cycle cannot be avoided . Carcardian rhythm controls health of heart and function . As we kniw the heart rate and blood pressure drops at night and increase before waking up . In this vagal dominance is observed . This cue regulate the expressio of cardiovascular genes and its abundant protein in heart . Seasonal changes are also linked with the variation in cardio mortality .
