Unavoidable environmental factors - seasonal changes , carcardian cycle . The day night cycle cannot be avoided . Carcardian rhythm controls health of heart and function . As we kniw the heart rate and blood pressure drops at night and increase before waking up . In this vagal dominance is observed .
