Business trots are the negative actions performs against business activities which cause harm to the business firms. This kind of trots leads to profit loss, reputation loss, loss of market share, negative effects over business competitive advantage etc. Some business trots were committed intentionally and lead to negligent behaviour among the units in business. The major type of intentional trots in business is;
1. Restraint of trade; this trots will include the doctrines which required for businesses and individuals take actions and agreements which leads to ceasing of another business operation. The conglomeration of raw materials for specific manufactures will construct restraint of trade. This will include non- compete agreements.
2. Theft of trade secrets; forwarding business secrets of a certain business firms will affect the profit level of the firms and business enterprises. This is an unlawful accessing of proprietary business information for improper competitive advantage over business firms.
3. Trade libel; this is a publication which shows false information published intentionally which is related to the business activities and this kind of publications will lead to lose of revenue and profit of that particular business firms. According to the business laws and rules, defarmation of a business product create false information among the business units.
