Given a complicated lim x → af (x), how do you quickly determine which items are

significant and which items are negligible —¿ quick guess in 5 seconds? Degree (or order) of largeness. How to convert your QuickGuess to an air tight high quality argument?

Solutions

Expert Solution

The function that have small degree or tends to zero are negligible such as x^5 is larger than x^3 then x^3 is negligible and the other one is significant . When you go for solving the limit if it is 10^(10) which is too large than suppose 1 then 1 is negligible and the other one is significant .

Given the skeletal drawing of several molecules ( organic chemistry style), how do you determine which molecule is the most acidic (e.g. how does resonance, inductive effect, separation of charge, negative/ positive charge, and other factors that I am not currently aware play a role?-- please state what those other unknown factors are).
