Solution:

It is the person who is authoring the plagiarised content is responsible for plagiarism. This is because the author holds the responsibility for the content and if that content is found plagiarised it is the responsibility of the author to remain answerable. Plagiagrism can be avoided by referring to the external information you are using. Citing appropriate sources, articles helps in reducing the plagiarism. Also, reading external text, understanding it and writing it again in your own words is the best way to reduce levels of plagiarism in the content.

Students generally get involved in plagiarism because of lack of time to submit the assignments or lack of interest in the assignment. When the students do not feel involved with the assignment, study topics then there is higher chance of students plagiarising the content while submitting their work. Thus, ensuring students get involved with the topic and indulge in participative learning then the levels of plagiarism will decrease.

It is very much possible that we may get involved in plagiarism inadvertently, without our knowledge and it can cause us huge problems. While submitting important work such as research work, office reports it is necessary that we first check for the plagiarism levels in the content before submitting it. It helps in understanding where our content lies in terms of originality. Thus, after self-checking the content for plagiarism we submit it. This way we can avoid any inadvertent plagiarism in our work.

Another way is to properly cite the sources, references. With proper referencing we can use external text without any risk of plagiarism. These referenced texts do not affect the plagiarism levels of the whole content because of referencing, hence referencing and source citing is extremely useful while submitting professional content.
