An individual’s health both physical and psychological is governed by what one eats. There is always a saying which seems true always- “Healthy minds reside in healthy body”. This means that for maintaining healthy body, healthy habits are necessary. Healthy habits include both healthy eating and timely exercise. For a person who is going on a diet there are certain considerations that have to be met-
1. Eating everything in moderation- For a person who is trying to eat healthy, eating everything is required but to has to be in moderation as if one stops eating something, the body starts craving for it. Moreover, there is a tendency of thought being rebound, that is the more a particular thought one wants to stop, the more it comes. So, if one wants to refrain from a particular food, the more craving will occur.
2. Having a plan- if one is going out, then they should have a plan for what they will eat and must stick to their plan.
3. Storing the healthy food around- Even more important than shopping for healthy foods is actually eating them. If one is surrounded by only healthy food, then they will be bound to eat healthy.
This means eating healthy is not a tough job but requires a commitment from the people who is pursuing it.
