The energy of the ball just before hitting the table will be completely kinetic energy. The gravitational potential energy will get converted into kinetic energy. That is mgh = (mv^2)/2
After the collision the ball will get rebounded, the energy will not be same as the energy before hitting the table because it is an inelastic collision. Some part of energy will be lost as heat energy and sound energy. As the ball goes up again the kinetic energy gets converted into potential energy and eventually it will become 0. The potential energy will be less than the initial potential energy since energy is lost during collision.
