Globalization can be defined as a process of rapid economic,cultural and institutional integration among countries. The health impacts of globalization is simultaneously positive and negative.

Decreased popularity of traditional food Technological advancements in health care field
Increased the death related to excessive consumption of alcohol and tobacco Improved the knowledge of peoples related to the need of maintainance of a good health
Increased the medical conditions such as obesity and cardio vascular diseases Modern technology potentially enables the health community to respond more quickly in energency conditions
Migration of health professionals from poor countries Improvement of tele communication can rapidly detect and respond to the diagnosis

Impacts of austerity on health

Austeriy is a policy used by governments to save money,either as overall reduction in government spending as a percentage of GPD(Gross Domestic Product),or specific reduction in government spending.However it is defined,austerity causes specific losses to specific people.

Austerity become an issue especially recent years,mainly in Southern Europe after the 2008 global economic crisis and in Latin Americs after the end of commodity boom in 2012.It also affects the healtha nd haelth care services in mamy ways.

  2. Reduced access to promotion of health,prevention of diseases and care.

  4. Decreased coordination,motivation,time,input,personnel,staffingtraning
