Effects of globalisation on Dell is that it is facing stiff competition from the competitors . To competitive with Global companies dell has to create more values to its customers as compared to before.
Job in security of the people who are working in the company is also the negative effects of globalisation. more and more people are becoming connected worldwide today this has increased the competency between the people and the people who have low skills have lost a jobs. the company is outsourcing its jobs to the countries which have low labour cost lots of people ,lose their jobs.
The currency fluctuation also causes loss for the company which is affecting the profitability of the company Dell.
Displacement of workforce is also negative effect of globalisation . The people who were working in Dell have to leave there job location and shift to the country of operation. This has also caused a level of dissatisfaction from its employees.
