Answer :
1)
Painful urination- This symptom or complaint has got no gender predilection. This can be post micturition pain or pain while voiding.
This can be due to various causes - infection, urinary stone, ureteric spasm, a mass compressing ureter, a space occupying lesion within ureter etc.
Urine routine examination for pus cells, RBCs, crystals, casts, bacteria etc should be done.
2)
Thick bloody discharge from male and female sex organs. This can be normal in female if in menstruation. Pathological thick bloody discharge indicate a formed clot or old blood. This can be from cystitis in male or a bladder malignancy. In female this can be part of miscarriage, uterine or cervical malignancies or as part of hormone treatment.
3)
Burning sensation during micturition. This pain occur in voiding urine. This is most commonly associated in urinary tract infection. Infective organism can be bacteria or fungi.
4)
Lower abdominal pain. - lower abdominal pain can be due to several factors. In females it can be due to pelvic inflammatory disease. Pain in the right iliac fossa is indicative of appendicitis. Usually lower abdominal pain is on and off spasms. In females it can be part of menstrual cramps. An USS is indicated if its persisting. Urinary tract infection or colic is the most common cause.

Abnormal bleeding in female is bleeding in between menstrual cycles, or irregular menstrual bleeding or increased menstrual bleeding.
This can be due to hormonal irregularities or part of hormonal treatment. Also a cervical or uterine malignancy can cause abnormal bleeding. Increased endometrial thickness, adenomyosis etc are some other causes.

Testicular pain in men can be due to orchitis by inflammatory or infective cause. This can also occur in testicular torsion, hernia, hydrocoel or even testicular malignancy.
7)
Pain during intercourse in female can be due to vaginitis, vaginismus or psychological. Vaginal cysts can also cause this. In males it can be due to non retracting prepuse or penile candidiasis.
8)
Itching - generalised itching can be due to systemic allergen. Itching can be local too. Hyper bilirubinemia can cause itching. Most common cause is allergen exposure. In old age this can be due to dry skin.
9)
Painful bowel movement - this can be due to gaseous distension, tuberculosis of intestine, inflammatory bowel disease or malignancy of intestine.
10)
Heavy menstrual bleeding can be part of hormonal disturbances, hormonal treatment, anatomical irregularities of uterus or due to endometrial carcinoma or ovarian malignancy, adenomyosis etc.
