1. The abnormal increase of insulin in the blood circulation is
called Hyperinsulinemia. There may be many reasons for this
Hyperinsulinemia except high blood glocose like-
- Metabolic Syndrome: Metabolic orders like
hypertension,obesity,dislipidemia,glucosee intolerance can cause
the pathogenic condition of hyperinsulinemia.
- Auto-immuno disease: If the receptor of the beta cell is
affected by the auto-immuno disease can cause pathogenic condition
of hyperinsulinemia.
- Drugs: Some times drugs are also responsible for the abnormal
productioon of insulin and results hyperinsulinemia.
2. The presence of glucose in the urine indicate some disease
like-
- Hyperglycemia: If the blood glucose level is higher than the
normal range then the glucose can be detected in the urine of the
individual.
- Renal disfunction: If the nephrone of the kidney is unable to
reabsorbe the filtrate glucose,so it may be detected in the
released urine.
