During the Covid-19 pandemic and based on its natural a great deal of businesses has been impacted by it. Also, due to its rapid outbreak working from home and the limitation of travel become vital and critical to limit the spread of Covid-19 as well as the safety of the people. Thus, digital transformation and E-management show its importance and great value in this kind of situation. This pandemic has forced companies and corporations to highly depends on digital technology and E-management practices as millions of people are working remotely from homes. Requirements Therefore, as student and based on your understanding you are required to provides three factors that are the most advantageous and beneficent factors that company should have taken during the pandemic and its procedures in order to keep its business alive.

Answer:- three factors that are the most adventageous and beneficent factors that company should have taken during this pandemics and it's procedure in order to keep it's business alive are :-

After this pandemic we became more conservative and protective for everything.

1. through my point of view current situation in companies are work from home employees are working so, in my point of view company should do work from home in this situation till the situation became all right.And By doing this company will save their infrastructure charges and many other allowances my doing this company Revenue will not effect more.

2.And then the company should rethink the supply chain and manage the supply chain like supply chain must be closer to where they are needed in order to avoid stop production in future and follow the covid 19 guidelines of the government related to export and import .

3. Covid 19 also offers a great opportunity for companies to engage in CSR corporate social responsibility activities to strategize the thing. Companies should revaluate their vision, mission and objectives to account for changes their competitors. But important key point must be keep in mind is the exponential increase in digital communication and changes.

4. And companies should start promoting and start interacting with the customers (through online platform) it manages the customer relationship management better and maintain the Goodwill better.

This all activities help the companies to increase the Revenue of the company and try to effect less to the company .
